This project involved the demolition of a small single family home. The lot is located close to Kaneohe Bay and the owner wanted to build a multi-generational home. The lot was challenging totaling just over 2,700sf. We were able to design a 2-story dwelling with spaces for the family and their parents to live on the lower level.
